Hoof and Paw
This was the very first rawhide rattle I ever made. It came out of a kit I purchased online that had the rawhide with sew holes already punched, sinew, a wood handle (which I swapped out for my own piece of cedar), and complete instructions.
I love instructions; being so meticulous, I like to know exactly which step to take next when I’m supposed to be following a pattern.
After this first little rattle, I used the skills I had learned and created the rest of the rawhide gang.
